About Your Teachers
Grey Elk:
Paul O’Halloran is a fully initiated igqirha (healer/shaman in the Xhosa tradition) and is known as Grey Elk (from the Cree Nation). Grey Elk has healed and rebalanced around 5,000 properties in person, mostly in Eire (Ireland). He has a very strong connection to the elementals (spirits) of the land and was guided to teach shamanism. The teachings of the shamanic courses are very much are led by Great Spirit and encourage you to develop your own medicine while showing you different techniques from Native American, Peruvian and African traditions.
Paul runs the 6 module Eire Medicine Wheel although the he also runs the Shamanic Rose Spiral with White Feathers Woman.
In the shamanic medicine 6 module wheel you will also develop a stronger connection with your own lineage that of your own Ancestors as we work to heal them and allow their gifts to pour through you.
About White Feathers Woman:
White Feathers Woman (Melanie O’Halloran-Gomes), Water Rose Priestess and Medicine Woman was led to the spiritual work through her health and life’s experiences.
Melanie started out working as a marine conservation ecologist for around 20 years in different marine sectors such as Governmental, underwater dive surveys and charities. Melanie then trained in various modalities, shamanism (with Grey Elk), Rahanni Celestial Healing (Melanie is one of the original 7 Ambassadors and a Guardian of Rahanni (G.R.C.H.). Melanie has also been gifted a modality from the sea - the Water Rose. Melanie is one of the teachers on the intensive Shamanic Rose Spiral but due to our move to the Azores, Melanie’s Ancestral home she is not able to make the 6 module shamanic medicine wheel course anymore although gives support online when its needed. It includes some of the shamanic practitioners medicine wheel (but not all) and it does not include a vision quest. It is a gentler but equally as powerful wheel including the rose activations and how to work with them. Price and details are coming soon.
The shamanic practitioners course with the School of Shamanic Studies at Pathway teaching takes place over 6 modules of 3 days. This is the best training if you wish to follow the shamanic path. There is also a Shamanic Rose Spiral which involves an online component with rose activations (white, pink, red, yellow and black), some shamanic training plus an intensive retreat either in Eire (Ireland) or the Azores (Portugal). The shamanic practitioners course explores an in depth journey around the Medicine Wheel thus finding out more about ourselves and who we really are. As we journey together through the directions, North, South, East and West in greater detail we will shed the skin of our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical baggage that no longer serves us. In doing this together, as we transform from the caterpillar to the butterfly, we learn and remember techniques in healing from the oldest traditions on earth. The shamanic practitioners medicine wheel goes deeper into the shamanic healing journey and if you are called on the shamanic path this is the one we recommend. The rose spiral has a lighter energy but goes just as deep and works alot more with rose energy as well as developing your connection to the rose within your own heart. It is a combination of both shamanism and working with sacred feminine energy through online work followed by an intensive retreat. The 6 module shamanic practitioners course in Eire also includes the Munay Ki rites (the shamanic rose spiral does not). You will receive an electronic copy of the Munay Ki rites manual and certificate so you can go on and pass these rites on yourselves providing you completed the course.
You will also receive a shamanic practitioners (or shamanic rose) certificate so you can get insured to do the work at the end of the course providing you have completed all modules.

Please bear in mind that these courses are not really a course, they are a calling from your heart and soul into yourself via the Shamanic path (or shamanic rose path). Once you have energetically committed the energy of the wheel Great Spirit (the Spirit Helpers of the Medicine Wheel) work to heal you even before you have got here. The energy of the wheel also works between the modules or training weeks. For those people who complete the wheel with us, they then have a connection to the Spirit Helpers of the Earth in all the directions within themselves. Once you step truly on the shamanic path there is no going back as although it can be the path of the warrior it leaves nothing hidden and leads you truly into the beauty in your heart. “When the student is ready the Master appears”.
