At the core of it is the intent to help you to open your heart to your own shamanic rose, balancing masculine and feminine within the self as you ground your soul fully into your body opening your sacred medicine to a new level. It is a path to embrace the deepest healing of Self as you embrace and become one with the Roses and the Spirits of the Elements as you allow yourself fully to become a vessel for Source to do the work you really came here to do as a Soul. It helps to open your heart, and connect to the elemental rose within in you as you heal and deepen into your being.

Shamanic Rose Spiral.

Welcome rosy earthy one! Thank you for your interest in the shamanic rose spiral! This course is largely taken online with optional workshops that are run from time to time either on the beautiful island of São Miguel, Azores where Plato said part of Atlantis was, or in Eire (Ireland), which is connected to the heart energy of the world. This spiral is about allowing yourself to immerse in your own shamanic rose healing journey to help with your ascension, your embodiment and your opening to the elemental sacred rose portals of the heart and soul. It is also about discovering your own elemental rose aligned to your true self and connecting with that on a deeper level. Shamanic healing, like the healing with the roses, is one of the oldest traditions on Earth, yet one of the most relevant to today. Shamanism, to us, is one of the most incredible ways to help people to reconnect back to themselves and the true self within and when combined with the energy of the rose is opens to a deeper layer of heart felt love. Each person has a unique elemental rose aligned to their I AM Presence. The roses were used as ancient codes for the work with the sacred feminine by the Sisterhood of the Rose and the Rose Knights and have a special and very deep ability to open the heart, and heal the injured aspect of self that has been caught up in division, especially between the masculine and the feminine as we move back to the One Heart of Love in Community.

What does the Shamanic Rose Spiral include?

The Shamanic Rose Spiral includes the following:

Online Course (worth 1200Euro) - this course has an optional retreat included in the retreat price package. During this course you are initiated in the roses (black, red, yellow, pink and white) and are able to pass them on). Notes are provided. You are also connected to your own element at a deeper level to initiate and open your own souls connection to the elemental shamanic rose within your own heart.

This journey includes:

  • Introduction to shamanism.

  • Shamanic journeying and how to do it.

  • Connecting to Nature and how to do it.

  • Journey to your spirit fairy guardian of the roses.

  • Journey to your elemental being and an invitation to embody it.

  • Journey to your Dragon Guardian.

  • Initiation into the sacred black rose - the Primordial Mother.

  • Initiation into the sacred red rose. You also receive this one in person for those attending the retreat.

  • Red rose vow breakers.

  • Journey to Avalon to heal the priest/priestess separation wound.

  • Journey to the Ancient Mystery Schools of Egypt for healing and reclaiming soul medicine.

  • Grail gates healing.

  • Initiation into the yellow rose.

  • Initiation into the pink rose.

  • Initiation into the white rose.

  • Journey to balance the platinum white and gold flames within you aligning them to the heart of the I AM within you.

    Journey to the Holy Sophia and Sacred Christos Logos energy for healing and becoming whole. Working with Rose Mandalas and how to make them.

  • How to heal with the roses and the elemental beings.

  • What ever else we are guided to do online.

Private Sessions and Group Meet Ups with White Feathers Woman and Grey Elk.

  • We offer a private session for you with both White Feathers Woman and Grey Elk to see where you are at and how we can help. We also offer several live group meets during the online course to help you with your journey.

Energy exchange for the online course.

  • The online course is worth 1200Euro or more. We have a reduced rate on at present for 777Euro. If you book the online course within the retreat package you get the course for 555Euro.

The in person 3 day, 3 night retreat with Grey Elk (Paul O’Halloran) (Shaman) and White Feathers Woman (Melanie O’Halloran-Gomes) Water Rose Priestess and Medicine Woman includes:

  • Opening ceremony and fire ceremony on the first evening.

  • Journeys to the energies of the roses.

  • In person red rose initiation.

  • Connecting with your own elemental rose, opening the rose mandala in the heart.

  • White rose connection and water immersion.

  • Ceremony of initiation into sacred union within the self with red and white roses.

  • Ceremony of initiation and union between your elemental being and your inner rose.

  • Practically Creating Rose Mandalas to heal land and water (to use in the element you are connected to).

  • What ever else we are guided to do.

  • Presentation and celebration.

In order to attend the Shamanic Rose Spiral no experience is necessary. This is the course that is recommended before you embark on the water rose spiral with White Feathers Woman and Grey Elk if that calls you but as each person is unique, we follow the highest guidance needed.

Summary of the Shamanic Rose Spiral:

Online part:

Gives you a basic understanding of shamanism and helps to deepen your existing practice if you are already trained.

The online part also includes the basic rose initiations (red, black, yellow, pink and white) the red you receive in person as its the root and also the water immersion is in person).

This helps to prepare you to go deeper when you come for the in person retreat.

The Retreat:

The retreat is a full board (accomodation and breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 3 days in family run venues either a beautiful hotel in Ponta Delgada or at the foot of the Mourne Mountains in Co. Down.

The full immersive experience lets you go deeper and fully allow your self to be in the energy for the week.

About you:

If you are the sort of person who is ready to look within and are open to looking at what you need to heal within yourself, it is more likely that we will be able to help you.

The energy of the shamanic rose spiral requires that we all take responsibility for what comes up for us. At the retreat you can also speak to Paul and Melanie about what is going on for you and we hope to help you to do into it to pull anything that is not serving you at the roots.

Retreat leaders:

The Shamanic Rose Spiral is held jointly by White Feathers Woman - Water Rose Priestess and Medicine Woman (Melanie O’Halloran-Gomes) and also by Grey Elk - Shaman (Paul O’Halloran). We like to both be there during the retreat as much as possible and if one of us has to be away for a night the other one will always be there.

We are both very dedicated to this work and serving the community. We work from our hearts as best we can in humility and gratitude (although please know we are human too and have no delusions about ourselves!). We are certainly not your gurus - you are our teachers! Thank you so much.

Spiral Celebration & Completion:

Following the end of the Shamanic Rose Spiral (after the online part and the in person retreat there is a celebration and presentation of certificates.

This spiral is also a really good foundation for those who wish to go and do the water rose spiral with White Feathers Woman and Grey Elk.

Energy exchange:

We ask for a non-refundable, non-exchangeable booking fee of 350Euro for the retreat (or 300GBP for the Eire retreat). We do not take more than 12 people on this retreat, this commit’s your energy, both feet in! Smaller numbers help us reach a deeper level with those who are taking part.

Total price:

The total includes full board and accommodation, in a beautiful family run hotel. Both these prices include the shamanic rose spiral online course, the private one to one session and online group meets to help you with where you are at worth over 1200Euro.

Azores retreat: dates to be confirmed.

4 nights 3 days full board (excluding flights) including online course and private one to one session: Euro. (350Euro non-refundable non-exchangeable booking fee and the remainder to be paid before the first day of the retreat).

There is an early bird rate and a day rate, Azores retreats are to be confirmed.

Eire/N. Ireland retreat: 15th to 18th August 2024.

3 nights 3 days full board (excluding flights athough including the online course worth 1200Euro): £1430GBP (£300GBP Booking fee and £1130GPB to be paid before the first day of the retreat).

Early Bird Rate - before 1st March 2024: £1330GBP.

If you wish only to attend the retreat full board including accommodation it is £875GBP (£300 non-refundable, non, exchangeable booking fee, with £575 payable on the evening of arrival).

There are limited places for a day rate in Eire due to limited space so please contact us. This does include lunch only, final celebratory dinner, including online course, private one to one session, group sessions and retreat (excluding accommodation rate).
