    1. modify or copy the materials;

    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Pathway teaching's websites;

    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

    5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

  2. This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Pathway teaching at any time. 3. If you do quote us from any manual, printed material, talks, courses or our websites please quote us correctly. Pathway teaching (year). Title. etc. Thank you.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on Pathway teaching's websites are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pathway teaching makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

  2. Further, Pathway teaching does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its websites or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to our websites.

  3. Please note we cannot guarantee any outcome for our courses, workshops, retreats or healing of houses, land and premises. Please realise that you are undertaking this journey under your own responsibility. The information and opinions expressed in our books, factsheets, manuals, reports and website are designed for educational purposes only.

  4. We advise you to consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment of any physical or mental illness. Do not use this information to diagnose or treat any health problems or illnesses without consulting a licensed physician as Pathway teaching is not a substitute for medical advice or care nor is it a diagnostic method, medical treatment, or a cure. It is a supportive and integrative system that can be complementary to treatment.  Paul O’Halloran and Melanie O’Halloran-Gomes or any one who may assist on our workshops or retreats are not licensed medical professionals. Please consult a doctor with any questions or concerns you might have regarding your condition.

  5. By attending any of our courses, workshops and retreats you accept that it is your responsibility to abide by the Code of Ethics and Practice (http://www.councilforhealing.org/ethics/). By joining the courses you consent to the healing practices being carried out and know that no guarantee is given as to the outcome of any of the healing or techniques.

  6. You must let us know if you have been taking medication or have any health conditions including mental health that may effect your ability to take part. This is very serious as sometimes people cannot process the healing and it is not in their best interest to attend. For this reason on joining any course, workshop or retreat you need to sign the disclaimer saying that you are of balanced mind and have no physical or mental condition that would prevent you from participating in the workshops. We are not responsible or liable if you misrepresent or hide your condition.

  7. Please bear in mind that it is our aim to help those we can, occasionally there are people we cannot help for one reason or another. This is why there is now an application to apply for all courses as we need to know people can emotionally and mentally process the healings that come up for them especially during the shamanic courses and retreats. We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses/retreats/events or your enrolment in any event if we feel it is not in your best interests to do it. Thank you for your understanding.

  8. You also take full legal responsibility for the days you attend.

  9. The booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE for all courses, workshops, retreats and events. If you drop out during the course or workshop you may only be refunded for the remaining time (excluding the booking fee) if the workshop or course is in modules. If you are attending a retreat you do not receive a refund if you drop out as you have taken a place that is limited and accommodation, food, boat places, etc all need paid in advance. If there is time and you let us know well enough in advance for retreats and we can fill your place, you will receive a refund for the remainder of the retreat cost excluding the booking fee. For people who pay in full in advance, the same applies.

    We do this work with everyone’s best interests at heart and it is important that we do our best to look after everyone who comes into our space hence the reason for these Terms and Conditions.

  10. For work with kambo with White Feathers Woman there is an extra consent form and disclaimer that you must sign prior to attending.

  11. Please note that our work is guided by Great Spirit and so itineraries and course content may change without prior notice.
