Embodiment happens automatically

There is something many people don’t realise and that is that when you clean your spirit and heal your soul EMBODIMENT HAPPENS AUTOMATICALLY, without you even trying, there is 0 effort in it as it is in the relaxing and letting go in the moment that it happens. It is inevitable as all you have done is peeled the layers away that allow your true self to shine. The true self that was always there, just a bit clouded. When this happens there is a deep appreciation that arises and a gratitude that you feel because you are in your body, the simple things become more beautiful, you are automatically more present and more grounded especially when you are doing your spiritual work.

If you think about it, your deepest hurts reach right into your spirit as this is the deepest layer that pervades all other layers (emotional, mental, physical), once the spiritual layer is healed the effects can reach right down to your physical body. When you learn to journey into your spirit or have someone do it for you that knows how to be led by the team of guides from Source the healing can be deep, profound and lasting. Journeying is a central part of shamanism, when done with the drum this also calls your soul back into your body.

When you just focus on the physical or the mental layers, sometimes the healing does not reach right into the spirit. Analysis in the mental layers can also take forever as you may go round and round in circles, trying to “figure something out” that is deeper in the spirit and so you will always miss it until you sink into your heart and connect with your spirit guides. This is also why shamanism is so powerful as they bless us with wisdom and power when we align to work with the Highest Guides and Divine elementals in the One Heart as they are our guides, they are a part of us so they know what we need. We also need to heal our Ancestor lines where we are called to where it is in our soul contract for the Highest Good and also heal past lives again where we are called to. Soul contracts can only be changed once they are completed, we cannot run away from the soul lessons as they will follow us until we are able to face them although once learned they can be changed so they do not have to repeat.

The healing path for those called to be healers is often about being broken open to open the heart, being shaped to open to the Spirit and deeper Soul and also to learn where the true power is - of Source i.e. it moves through you when you are chosen just like the wisdom. The spirits (from Source) make you the hollow bone to use you. Then there comes a point in your work where there is no “you” - you become one with them and Source and the clear channel for the work. You realise that you have become the clear vessel and with humility you can allow them through as they continue to help you open and heal. There is no separation at this level and full embodiment happens automatically. It may not stay with you all the time initially but it will eventually, like your deeper connection to Source sometimes you will feel it fully, other times you may not but it is always there and the way to feel it is to connect to your heart and also it helps to ground your energy.  

There are lots of things you can do to help embodiment and to support and help yourself to heal such as using the breath, sound work, work with oils, movement and massage therapy but if your spirit and soul are not healed some manifestations are going to keep happening in what ever story they are sharing with you until you heal them at their deepest level. Then they disappear and the true you can shine even more.

So hopefully you can find the right path to heal you at the deepest level, free your soul and Ancestor lines from all miscreation’s, so only love and highest consciousness remain for you and all your children.
