There are many different methods and techniques used in spiritual healing. The overall intention of healing should be for the highest good of all concerned and the healer should be unattached to the outcome. What is important is that permission is sought from the higher self of the person concerned, especially if distant healing is being given. As we heal ourselves we are able to become purer channels of Light which gradually allows our higher self to potentiate through us helping us become our true selves. This also helps us on the path of our true soul purpose.

In many types of healing, negative energies and entities such as curses, held memories, imprints or traumas are removed through extraction with guidance from spirit. These negative energies can take different forms, some are darker and heavier than others, for example dark force entities (DFEs), reptilian energies, aliens, elementals or demonic energies. In their symptoms they can cause irrational behaviour such as a change of diet, emotional turmoil or behaviour that is completely out of character with the person. These energies try to run their own agenda, taking over or attempting to harm the person involved. They try to use any weaknesses from fears, physical conditions, weak aura, family or ancestral conditioning or past life influences to feed any traits that do not serve the persons highest good. In healing practice the underlying cause can be identified and removed to allow the person to live their own life.

In shamanic healing, the practitioner often journeys to the upper, lower or middle world to receive advice or medicine for the highest good of the person or community concerned. The shaman knows everyone is on their own journey and that they are there to support them, guide and help them when needed.

• Shamanic healing - on physical, mental and emotional levels.
• Recovering power loss - as a result of serious accidents or traumas.
• Soul retrieval - when the trauma is healed the soul part is returned, so that the person is whole again.
• Negative energy and entity extractions - such as in possession and haunting.
• Removal of curses from land and people - where a curse or bad luck has been is placed on a person or land through the intention of another party.
• Healing life contracts - this is where a person can be stuck in a contract or agreement from a past life or lives.
• Healing past lives - past life issues and attachments can be removed and healed.
• Reiki or Seichim healing - where pure universal life force energy is channelled through the healer into the patient.

There are places on the earth where the healing energy is sacred, pure and powerful. Some of the medicine men that have visited Ireland have said the Heart chakra of the world is here, and that the magic is still here.
It is still the island of saints and scholars!
