Paul has over 20 years experience in spiritual and shamanic healing, house clearing, land healing and teaching. His work includes removal and healing of negative energies, geopathic stress, curses, entities, imprints, spirits and energy imbalances of land and people from all levels. Paul has been on Cork FM, Dundalk local radio and Clare FM as well as being interviewed on television (NTL city channel, ROI). Paul's work includes healing illnesses of all types, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Paul also works with children with special needs.

Paul's Background
Paul was born in Connemara, West of Ireland and grew up on a farm where cutting turf, saving hay and milking cows were the order of the day! This gave Paul a connection to animals, the land and the community at a very early age. Paul then went on to join the Irish army and spent 9 years serving in the forces, including being sent overseas with United Nations peace keeping force. During this time, while serving in Lebanon, Paul had a near death experience and came home with a different outlook on life. This was probably the start of Paul's spiritual path.
Some of the traumas experienced while overseas in the army were healed through the process of Reiki initiations and this led Paul on to develop his work more deeply with spirit. Paul's introduction to shamanism was a like a coming home.
"It felt like I had known this way before and I felt completely at home. I knew it was my path. One of my big lessons in shamanism was in the last weekend of the course where we were asked to go to our power places. The tree I had worked with all through the course as my power place told me to go away as it did not want to see me anymore. Rejection was a big part of my life, of never being seen or recognised and I felt at that point that even nature had rejected me. I was very angry and upset. I went back into class and had decided to leave. It was at that point that I thought it was all absolute rubbish! It was only Martin Duffy, my shamanic teacher who convinced me to stay, explaining that I was going through a death rebirth experience. I then stayed but was not totally convinced it was the right thing to do at the time.
The next day we were in Tara working with a fairy tree and I kept being pulled towards another tree. I just said to the people in the group that there was a tree looking for healing and for someone to please give it healing. Later that day while walking over Tara again I got pulled in the same direction towards the tree.  This time I went to the tree and it told me that it was my new power place and that the power place of the other tree that had said 'goodbye' could not teach me any more. The lesson I learned from this experience is that sometimes we are walking between the worlds, the old and the new and we cannot see it. This is a classic example of a death rebirth situation. Sometimes when we think that things are really bad and that there is no light at the end of the tunnel, we are at that point, most likely shedding our skin from the old to allow the new to emerge with a deeper connection to who we truly are."
